Sunday mornings were always my lazy time, I shuffled down the stairs in my sweats, a tank top and my big, fluffy, pink slippers. I slipped my hair into a messy bun on top of my head on my way to the kitchen for breakfast. I pulled out a bowl and my cereal as I cranked the radio and started to sing along with the spoon in my mouth. Leaning over the counter I ate my breakfast slowly, my head bopping to the fast beats playing throughout the house while I chewed. Music in my opinion should always be played this loud; I consider it a rule of sorts. I was swallowing a big bite of Corn Flakes when I heard an annoying banging sound on the door.

"Seriously?" I asked with a full mouth as I walked across the house to peek through the small glass hole in the door. I saw a mop of curly hair as well as messy brown hair and tight pants.

"Shit" I groaned as I opened the door to reveal Harry and unfortunately Louis.

"Nice to see you too sweet cheeks" Louis sneered as I rolled my eyes at him.

"Morning" Harry smiled; I waved shyly at him and swallowed the last of my breakfast.

"What are you doing here? And how did you find my house?" I asked uneasily as the boys walked into my front foyer.

"Harry thought I should take you to breakfast" Louis said with a tight fake smile.

"I'm already eating" I answered in the same bitter sweet tone.

"Perfect, see you later then" Louis blurted out as he tried to walk out the door but Harry gripped the back of his shirt before he could get anywhere.

"In that case, we'll just stay here" Harry hissed to his friend and then looked up to flash me his million dollar grin. I grimaced at the two boys and popped my hip out to the side before leading them into my kitchen.

"Hope you like Corn Flakes" I grumbled as I handed each of them a bowl, Harry seemed excited and I saw Louis' eyes light up but he immediately turned them to stare at me bitterly. I rolled my eyes in response and pulled the milk out of my fridge, setting it down on the counter.

I looked between Harry and Louis as they had a conversation amongst themselves. This was the most awkward experience of my life; I stirred my cereal patiently as I stared down at my slippers- I would have to get nicer pyjamas if these boys were going to show up in the mornings. Maybe I would go buy some today I thought to myself as I planned out the perfect stores in my head. My mental shopping list was broken up when Louis cleared his throat; my eyes looked up to stare at his face- his eyes burning a hole in the top of my head.

"Sorry?" I asked, feeling embarrassed.

"I said, I was hoping to talk to you about the rules" Louis repeated, obviously feeling annoyed.

"There are rules?" I asked as I stood up to wash my bowl. Louis and Harry nodded in sync and handed me their dishes, small smiles on their faces. I groaned quietly and dumped the three bowls and spoons into the sink, running water over them.

"You might want to take notes" Harry said sadly, scratching the back of his neck.

"Are you being serious?" I asked, gripping the counter with my hands.

"Dead serious" Harry grimaced.

"Like you need a pen and paper" Louis added, I looked to them curiously before scampering away to get what I needed.

I sat down by myself across from the two boys, pen in my hand and the pad of paper resting on my lap. I titled the note and put the date up top just like I did for school. I looked up at Harry and smiled as he winked at me, I then turned to look at Louis who had a painful expression on his face. I jumped slightly at the scary face and immediately looked down at my lap again.

"So what's first then?" I asked curiously.

"You can't tell anyone about the plan" Louis answered seriously. I nodded and wrote down the first instruction on a blank line. Once I was finished I looked up at the boys and waited for them to continue.

"Secondly, no telling people who you are when I take you out" Louis said, I nodded and continued to write.

"Don't talk to our boss without us around" Harry added in. I continued to scribble.

"Keep the tweeting down to a minimum" I raised one eyebrow and then finally spoke.

"I don't have twitter" I said shyly and they both gave me a small smile.

"Next!" Louis said loudly and I got into my position again, I waited for him to speak before Harry excused himself to answer a phone call. I looked back to Louis and pondered at the mischievous look in his eyes.

"Don't hit on my mates" Louis said seriously.

"I'm not the one you should be talking to about that" I laughed quietly as I wrote down the next few words.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Louis growled.

"Nothing" I said innocently, giving him a wink. He cursed in response and stared up at the ceiling, tapping his foot angrily. I laughed to myself and smiled smugly down at the long list of rules.

"You have to look happy when we're out, and try to stick close to me alright?" He asked, I nodded.

"Do what I say, when I say"

"You wish" I grumbled back. Louis raised one eyebrow sharply and I cringed, quickly apologizing.

"Lastly, try not to fall in love with me" He said smugly with a sickening wink. I gagged and tried to shove my finger down my throat to illustrate my point.

"Finally one rule I can obey" I said cheekily as I stuck my tongue out at him. He made a quiet comment about me acting like a five year old before Harry came back into the room, a happy grin on his face. I relaxed into the sofa and stared at the boys again.

I listened as Harry and Louis described what exactly I would be doing as Eleanor and it sounded like mostly photo-ops in public so the fans think they are still together. I nodded patiently while they explained and mindlessly played with Bentley's ears. Louis watched me with a curious look, I gave him the same look in return but his eyes immediately left mine and he looked down at his hands.

"I say we take it for a test run" Harry clapped, getting both of us to look up at him.

"Now?" Louis and I said at the same time, Harry gave us a weird look and nodded yes.

"But I'm not dressed!" I whined.

I ignored Harry's chastising as I ran upstairs to change. I went straight to my room and moved my closet doors to the left to reveal my 'Eleanor' wardrobe. I sifted through the clothes and pulled out high waist jean shorts and a pink tank top, easy yet classy enough for Louis' approval. I slipped on the clothes and pulled my hair out of it's bun, splitting it down the middle of my head. I grabbed the sunglasses I was given and shoved them into my pocket before running back down the stairs to meet the very annoyed look Louis Tomlinson. I twirled around and received the approval from both boys before slipping on my Toms and following the pair outside.

We all drove together to a small ice cream shop a few minutes from my house. Once we had parked I was starting to get nervous, Harry turned around to look at me and gave me a reassuring smile.

"Ready?" He asked, clearly excited for the mini adventure. I nodded yes and gulped before letting myself out of the car. I waited for the boys to come stand beside me before we all walked towards the shop in a small line. I kept pace with Louis and followed closely behind him as we entered the pink coloured store. Once we were inside I instantly relaxed, we waited in line and talked quietly amongst ourselves while we waited for our ice cream. I shuffled nervously as we stood, I could hear the girls in the corner whispering about us.

"Is that Eleanor?" She hissed.

"I think so, but Louis doesn't look very happy" Another one answered. I gulped and looked at Harry with a panicked face; he gestured for me to calm down and bent down to whisper in my ear.

"Go sit down, say something sweet to Lou" He said, his hot breath hitting my ear. I nodded and looked to Louis with my best fake- loving gaze I could manage. He did a double take when he looked at me and I simply answered by flashing my eyes at our audience. He followed my gaze and his body instantly softened, leaning slightly towards me.

"I'm going to go save us a table babe" I said sweetly.

"Alright, I'll pick yours up and bring it over" He replied in a voice that scared me, it was so nice and caring. I raised my eyebrows and he winked at me before pointing to a booth. I followed his finger and made my way over to the table, passing the whispering girls. They turned to gape at me as their mouths fell open.

"Hello" I said sweetly with a small wave before sitting down on the red plastic benches.

"Hi" They stuttered back as I sat across the shop.

I drummed my fingers against the table and waited patiently for Louis and Harry to come sit with me again but they were taking their sweet ass time. I scowled to Harry when he caught my eye and he took the hint, hurrying Louis along as they collected our food and started to walk towards me. I watched as they waved to the girls quickly and stopped in front of the table I had been saving. Harry slid in across from me and Louis was starting to follow him when Harry reached out and smacked him in the stomach.

"What was that for?" He hissed. I looked around nervously to see the girls watching us again.

"Sit with her" Harry growled back, Louis made a slightly disgusted face as he slid in beside me. I squirmed away slightly to make room for him and grimaced as his leg touched mine under the table. I looked into his eyes to see he was looking at me the exact same way.

"You two are going to blow this plan up in about two seconds" Harry told us quietly as he took a bit of his snack.

"It's not my fault" I hissed, giving Louis a disapproving look.

"What?" He asked, getting defensive.

"You pulled me into this and you won't even look at me" I snapped. Harry shushed us and looked over at the girls who were pulling out their cell phones, texting quickly.

"I'm looking at you right now!" Louis argued.

"Like I am a troll!" I growled and Louis simply shrugged. I lost my temper and whacked his stomach with the back of my hand. Louis hissed and tried to tackle my hands when I aimed to smack him again.

"Stop that" He said in a flirty tone as he started to tickle my sides. I gave him a confused look but he simply nodded and I instantly started to play along, giggling like an idiot as his hands ran over my hips. I looked to Harry to see a happy smile on his face; he nodded encouragingly and waved to the girls again. I turned my head to look at them and saw that they were squealing into their phones. Louis' head followed mine as he draped his arm behind my shoulders so I was resting just below his underarm. I cringed slightly but smiled like I was the happiest girl in the world when I heard the flash of a camera phone.

"Look how cute you two are" Harry cooed cheekily.

"Shut up Harry" Louis and both snapped at the same time. I looked up at him through my eyelashes and he winked once before giving me a smug smile.

"Are you enjoying this?" I asked him in my fake nice tone.

"Little bit" He smiled as he tightened his grip on my shoulders, squeezing me into a hug. I leaned away from him and shoved him off playfully so I didn't look mean in front of the now huge crowd waiting outside the shop.

"That was fast" I commented as people started to bang on the window beside my head. I flinched and landed closer to Louis' stomach as his grip tightened on me again. I smiled as best I could to the screaming girls and looked to the boys nervously.

"Time to go" Harry said seriously as he gestured for us to follow him out.

I stood behind Harry hesitantly as the two boys opened the door and braved the crowd. I squeaked and gripped onto the back of Harry's shirt as he led the way outside. Louis stood beside me, our hips touching and he pinched my waist quickly.

"Ouch!" I moaned as he looked at me harshly. He gave me a very obvious look that meant I should be attached to him, not Harry. I sighed happily and gripped onto Louis' arm as we weaved through the crowd and greeted everyone who came up to us. I smiled politely as the girls asked questions and posed for pictures with the boys. When I was asked for pictures I smiled and looked up to Louis, he shook his head no quickly and apologized to the fans, making up some lame excuse. I shrugged sadly and offered hugs instead. I must have hugged about fifty girls, my arms felt like they were going to fall of completely.

"Ready to go babe?" Louis called to me as I let go of a small brunette girl. I nodded yes and said my goodbyes before skipping over to grab onto his arm again, I heard people coo about how 'cute' we were as he pulled me towards the car. I kept my head down and followed along with Louis' fast pace as he led the way and opened my door for me, helping me climb into the back.

I sat in the backseat quietly as Louis drove to my house, making awkward conversation with me occasionally. I answered when needed and insisted quickly that I would like to listen to the radio. Once the music was on I felt better and I was able to sing to myself quietly. I sang out the notes to a popular Katy Perry song and tapped my foot against the floor of the car.

"You're really good you know" Louis said seriously, looking at me in the mirror above his head.

"You mean that?" I asked, looking into the reflection of his blue eyes. He nodded and I let out a little nervous giggle.

"Thank you means a lot coming from you" I said nicely, smiling shyly.

"You're welcome" He replied before parking the car in my driveway.

I looked out the window and unbuckled my seat belt slowly. Once I was free from my binding I grabbed my bag and pulled it over my shoulder. I watched as Louis came around to open my door for me, a tight smile on his face. I stepped down onto the pavement and looked up to see his face. I thanked him awkwardly and rocked back and forth on my heels.

"So when are we going out again?" I asked as casually as I could.

"I was thinking Friday" He answered.

"Alright" I nodded.

"Goodbye Aly" He said seriously before he climbed back into the driver's seat.

"Bye Louis" I waved before walking up to my front door and letting myself inside.
                                                                                    ***

I whacked the punching bag with all my might as Lilah worked on her abs beside me on the floor. I listened to her speak as she came up for air during her crunches. I enjoyed working out like this, it was a good stress reliever and now that I knew Louis- I had plenty. I explained the first public outing I had to her in great detail and she listened quietly like she always did. I whined about having to touch Louis all the time and occasionally about having Harry makes jokes about us.

"It sounds like it went well though" Lilah said happily as she sat up again before falling back to the floor.

"I suppose so- I mean everyone bought it" I muttered as I punched the leather plush again.

"Have you heard from him since?" She asked, popping up again.

"He texted me the other day about our next date" I said putting air quotes around the word. Lilah laughed and adjusted her perfect ponytail as she stopped to take a drink from her water.

"Was it fun?" She asked sneakily. I asked her to clarify as I let out another huge hit to the innocent bag. I continued my rhythm and smiled at the feeling of my knuckles getting sore.

"Being famous silly" She smiled.

"Yeah" I bit down on my lip coyly.

"Do a good job of this and you can have that every day!" Lilah cheered as she walked over to the treadmill.

"Hopefully they will be cheering for me though" I laughed as I moved to hop on the bike machine beside her.

"Well obviously" She dragged out sarcastically as she flashed me her perfect white smile. I smiled back and adjusted my tight black spandex shorts as I sat down, pumping my legs on the machine. I listened to Lilah talk about school and her work for a while, the gym TV playing in the background. I slipped my headphones in once we were out of things to talk about. I peddled the bike to the tune of Adele pumping through my ears, her sweet voice consuming my mind. I hummed quietly along with the lyrics while I biked, my muscles starting to loosen slightly.

"Aly look!" Lilah tried but I couldn't hear a word she was saying.

"On the TV!" She yelled again, scaring everyone else in the gym. I continued to peddle, my eyes set of the floor. I was just starting to feel the sweat build on my skin when a soft had pushed me so hard on the arm that I fell of the bike. I thumped against the floor and stared up at Lilah leaning over my body.

"What was that for you twat?" I snapped as she gave me a shy smile.

"Look at the TV!" She yelled again as I pulled my ear buds out. I did what she said and watched the screen; it was some celebrity gossip program. I watched as the One Direction boys flashed across the screen and then followed a picture from the ice cream shop of Louis and I. My mouth dropped open as the announcer talked about Louis' long term girlfriend.

"Guess it worked" Lilah smiled smugly as she crossed her arms over her chest.

"Unbelievable" I said in a dazed voice as my eyes remained stuck to the picture, everyone had bought it. His crazy plan had actually worked. I remained on the cold floor for a few minutes until my mobile started to buzz in my bag. I crawled quickly to my purse and pulled out the white BlackBerry, opening my new message.

To: Albany
From: Lou
Did you see? Mission accomplished- see you Friday.

I smiled down at the screen and showed Lilah quickly before I started to type my reply.

To: Lou
From: Albany
I did, I fell of my bike- literally. Pick me up before seven!

"So what are you two doing next?" Lilah asked curiously as she stole my bike. I shrugged my shoulders and opened my water, taking a huge gulp. I handed Lilah the bottle as she stretched her hand towards my face, she brought it up to her mouth and took a dainty sip before returning it to me.

"You and I can still go out right, like as you" Lilah asked, turning her head to look at me.

"Course, I just change my hair back and wear my own clothes. No one can tell the difference" I smiled as I started to stretch out my legs.

"Double agent Aly, so mischievous" She said cheekily with a huge grin on her face. I laughed at her sad joke and shook my head slowly as I grabbed my toes with both my hands.

"Well it's true! How many other girls can say that they are a popstar's fake girlfriend?" Lilah pointed out.

"Suppose it's just me" I laughed as Lilah gave me a solitary nod before throwing her hair elastic in my face. I tried to shield myself before I picked it up and flung it back at her earning a long string of curse words.

"That's what you get!" I giggled as I used my bag for protection from the rubber band.
Chapter 3, yay! So we had the first official public outing for Lou and Aly- what did we think? And does everyone like Lilah- i personally think she's adorable!
